First place in the III. Guatemalan Rug Competition at the Vergara Palace in the city of Viña del Mar, with the 3 x 2 meter rug “Maya-Mapuche”, contest organized by the Chilean-Guatemalan Institute of Culture and the Corporation of Culture of the Municipality of Viña del Mar, Chile.

He established the Kahuin Cultural Group in San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, Chile.

He established the “Taguatagua Guild”, Association of artisans and artists of San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, Chile.
Together with the “Taguatagua Guild”, the recognition is awarded to the artisan, Municipality of San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, Chile.
2016
The Competitive Fund for Culture of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Uruguay was awarded with the project “Charrua Embroidery of Memory” documentary and community embroidery that was developed in 5 beaches of the Department of Rocha, Uruguay. (see pictures)
The Solidarity and Social Investment Fund of the O’Higgins Region was awarded together with the “Taguatagua Guild” with the project “Corporate Image and Implementation of the Taguatagua Guild”.

He collaborated in the publication of the Pedagogical Bulletin of Villa Grimaldi, Corporación Parque por la Paz, Santiago de Chile.

He obtained the certification that accredits the condition of artisan through the National System of Information of Crafts of the Ministry of the Cultures, the Arts and the Patrimony of Chile, through its registry of artisans.
He published in the magazine Scope Contemporary Research Topics Art and Design, September 2019, in the section Artist in Residence Report with the text “Textiles and Pottery of Tagua Tagua“, Dunedin, South Island, New Zealand.

He is a member of the National Council of Artisans and Artisans of Chile, CNAACH AG.
He enters the Creative Showcase of the O’Higgins Crea Corporation.
